Terms & Conditions

Shipping

  • We ship UPS whenever possible.
  • UPS shipping charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.

    • Terms

  • Net 30 days to established accounts.
  • All prices F.O.B. Shipping point.
  • Shipments made at prevailing price at the time of the order.
  • All prices are U.S. dollars.

    • Insurance

  • Your UPS shipment is 100% insured against loss or damage.
  • A minimum of $.50 per $100 of your order, or fraction thereof, is added for insurance.

    • Damaged Goods

  • If shipment arrives damaged or missing parts, contact the carrier immediately.
  • The carrier has signed for receipt of your package from our warehouse in good condition.
  • Before replacement merchandise can be issued, the damage claim must be filed with the carrier.

    • Return Policy

  • 30-day customer satisfaction (from date of customer receipt).
  • The following procedures should be followed when returning products:
      1. Call or fax Customer Service/Return Department
      2. ATTN: Returns Dept. for return authorization number (R/A#)
      3. When an item is returned, the R/A# must be clearly written on the outside of the package
